2. Principles
This is a purely informational, static website. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking services, or advertising networks. No user accounts are kept and no form data are stored on our systems.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is delivered via the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (and Cloudflare Germany GmbH as its European establishment). When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular the IP address of your device, the date and time of access, the page accessed, and the browser and operating system used. This processing is required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability (e.g. protection against attacks).
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Insofar as data are transferred to the USA, the transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Further information can be found in Cloudflare's privacy policy: www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, content of the enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract or membership, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as they are no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Membership administration
If you apply for membership, we process the data provided in the application to establish and administer the membership (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations, such as retention obligations under tax and association law (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

You can sign up by e-mail to receive our updates. In that case we process your e-mail address and, where provided, your name in order to send you information about the association's dates and activities. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by an informal e-mail with the subject "Unsubscribe"; we will then delete your data from the list. No mailing service provider is used; updates are sent directly by e-mail.
